To use Sueetie Marketplace for selling goods and services, you must first create an account with the Payment Service that can integrate with Marketplace processes. This How-To describes how to create a Standard Payments Account on PayPal.
Start in the Sandbox¶
We're going to describe the process of setting up a Standard Payments account on the PayPal Sandbox site. The PayPal Sandbox is really quite cool, as it mirrors all processes of the live PayPal site without the actual exchange of dollars (pounds, pesos, whatever.)
The PayPal Sandbox site is at
https://developer.paypal.com. You'll create an account there different from your PayPal Live account that has a different email address.
Buyer and Seller Accounts¶
Next you'll create two accounts in your PayPal sandbox. One to represent the buyer and another to represent your business as Seller.

Enter the Sandbox as the Seller¶
Now to experience exactly what you'll be doing with your PayPal Live account, login to the Sandbox with your Seller account. You do that by selected the account under Test Accounts and click the "Enter Test Site" button. After you login you'll see the exact duplicate of the PayPal pages you're familiar with.

Create a PayPal Standard Payments Account¶
PayPal offers a few types of accounts for accepting payments online, which requires upgrading your personal account to a business account. The Standard Payments account has no monthly fee and adds transaction-based charges for the service. When you upgrade your account, your business setup page will list "Website Payments Standard."

Setup Auto-Return
Sueetie Marketplace requires PayPal to auto-return to your website immediate upon concluding the purchase. It will send a transaction code for the purchase which Sueetie uses to display the results to your customer. You setup Auto-Return under your User Profile "More Options" menu.

Then select "Website Payment Preferences."

The main items you want to be aware of here is the auto-return "ON" setting, Payment Transfer "ON" and your Identity Token. You'll be sending the Identity Token on the conclusion of the transaction to receive information on what your customer purchased for display and recording on Sueetie Marketplace.
No credit card or other personal customer information is ever handled by Sueetie or sent from PayPal, only information about the purchased items so they can be recorded and displayed in the Marketplace to the customer.

Now you've just made a sale and your customer has a nice display of what they just purchased.
